Focused Futures Consultancy LTD is seeking an experienced AI Consulting & Solutioning Lead – Insurance to drive growth in the UK and EMEA. This senior, client-facing role demands deep Insurance expertise and hands-on leadership across AI, data, digital transformation and technology-led consulting.
You will originate, shape and close opportunities, working with strategy, data, AI, engineering and delivery teams to create practical, commercially compelling solutions.
Qualifications
- Significant professional experience within the Insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of Insurance business models, operating models and value chains.
- Experience advising on digital, data, AI and technology transformation.
- Ability to originate, shape and progress complex consulting opportunities.
- Strong executive presence and client-facing credibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Digital, Data and AI transformation in Insurance.
- Build and accelerate a qualified pipeline across UK and EMEA Insurance accounts.
- Lead opportunity identification, progression, solutioning and commercial closure.
- Shape propositions, business cases and value propositions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Develop commercial models and pricing approaches.
- Lead multidisciplinary solutioning teams across consulting, architecture, AI, data and delivery.
