Qualifications

• Solid experience in Large Commercial lines and in Multinational Insurance Programs.
• Guide business unit-wide change initiatives aligning architectural decisions with objectives.
• Guide architecture of application integrations across the organisation.
• Embed security, governance, design authority into planning and delivery.
• Drive adoption of AI and emerging technologies per standards.
• Challenge vendor proposals to ensure quality and alignment with needs.
• Develop business cases evaluating options against cost, timescales, benefits, quality.
