Job summary

Accelerated People Management seeks a Lead Solar Electrician to take ownership of domestic Solar PV installations across Wiltshire. You will lead on-site teams, liaise with clients and ensure high-quality project delivery while promoting safety and best practices.

The role offers progression toward Qualified Supervisor, with on-going training and vehicle included. A strong background in residential renewables and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing residential Renewables PV systems.
• Strong electrical installation background with experience leading or supervising installations.
• NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition and relevant electrical qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to cover Wiltshire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and carry out Solar PV installations across domestic projects.
• Go to engineer on site, client facing and project delivery focused.
• Ensure safe, efficient and high working standards on every site.
• Participate in extra training to progress to qualified supervisor.

Are you an experienced Lead Solar Electrician looking to take ownership of a reputable and growing domestic Solar PV installer local to you?
