Job summary

MDE UK is seeking a Lead Electrician with a strong Commercial Solar PV background to lead electrical installation teams on nationwide projects. This hands-on role requires steering electricians, apprentices and support engineers on site with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will oversee containment, cabling and termination, coordinate with mechanical teams and ensure commissioning is completed to exacting standards, while mentoring junior staff and driving continuous

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical teams on site.
• Must hold AM2, ECS Gold Card, and 18th Edition.
• Qualified to 2391 or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to stay away nationwide.

We are recruiting an experienced Lead Electrician with a strong Commercial Solar PV background to lead electrical installation teams across projects nationwide.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has come through electrical installation and is comfortable leading electricians, apprentices and support engineers on site.
