Job summary

MetaCompliance Ltd. is hiring an experienced Engineering Tech Team Lead to guide a cross‑functional Scrum team building and scaling our SaaS platform on the Microsoft stack. You’ll work closely with product managers, shape technical direction, and own delivery quality.

You will balance hands-on development with people leadership, driving performance, security, and reliability while mentoring engineers and advocating best practices across the pod.

Qualifications

• Extensive software development experience across stacks including C#/.NET.
• Strong Front End experience, ideally React.
• Focus on high quality, well-tested solutions with unit testing & CI.
• Experience in code reviews, architecture decisions, hands-on development.
• Security, performance, and scalability considerations in cloud/native apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional Scrum team and drive technical delivery.
• Mentor engineers toward high performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to refine backlog and priorities.
• Shape scalable, maintainable solutions with Architects and tech leads.
• Promote lean, iterative delivery and high code quality.
