Job summary

Corecom Consulting in Leeds is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join a fast-growing SaaS product scale-up. You will provide technical leadership, mentor colleagues and contribute hands-on across a broad stack.

You will guide architecture decisions, own key deliverables, and collaborate with product managers to shape technical solutions. Strong Angular, C#, .NET Core, EF and SQL are essential, with excellent communication and mentoring skills valued.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Angular including components, services, directives, pipes and modules.
• Proficient in SCSS with responsive layouts and modern styling techniques.
• Experience building web APIs with C# and .NET Core and using EF for data access.
• Solid SQL skills including stored procedures, functions and query optimisation.
• Familiar with Git workflows and dependency management via NPM/NuGet.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities; readiness to lead code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor the development team on best practices and architecture decisions.
• Oversee the development lifecycle to meet timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers to shape requirements and solutions.
• Contribute to Sprint planning, story pointing and task allocation.
• Provide technical input into proposals and scoping as needed.
• Conduct regular technical one-to-ones and coaching on coding techniques.
• Own project deliverables and ensure high-quality, scalable software.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and hands-on development.
