Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on enterprise software development concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance, latency-sensitive code with security requirements in mind.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Solutions Analysts, Technical Architects and Senior Engineers to design the best technical design and approach for development.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead engineering efforts to meet timelines with optimal solutions.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met by code.
• Assess compliance, risks, and vulnerabilities to ensure systems are secure and performant at scale.
• Contribute to team development through pairing, mentoring and peer review.
• Collaborate as a global team and promote diversity, inclusion, and respect.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering sub-teams focused on epic delivery and build planning.
• Promote enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed while validating AI outputs.
• Apply SDLC tools and automation to improve value and efficiency.
• Provide out-of-hours support and coordinate production releases.
