Barnet - Lead Practitioner - Adults Mental Health - Customer Finance

Have responsibility for managing a small, complex caseload.

1. Conduct Mental Capacity Act assessments in line with statutory guidance and ensuring adults are provided with the opportunity to demonstrate capacity wherever possible.
2. Completion of relevant Court of Protection documents.
3. Liaise closely with the Debt Team to establish Debt repayment.
