Job summary

PwC UK is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to shape the firm's social presence and internal influencer strategy, partnering with Digital Marketing and Corporate Affairs to drive a scalable influencer programme across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and emerging platforms.

You'll lead a Senior Associate, manage social operations, analyse performance data and influence senior stakeholders while delivering hands-on execution to elevate the firm's brand and reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading social media strategies for a large organisation or recognised brand.
• Experience building influencer, thought leadership or employee advocacy programmes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's social media and influencer marketing strategy.
• Coach and manage a Social Media Senior Associate.
• Lead the internal influencer programme and nurture thought leaders.
• Partner with Marketing, Corporate Affairs and business stakeholders on campaigns and activations.
• Analyse performance data to optimise content, engagement and spend.
• Oversee social media operations, including inbound requests and governance.
