Job summary

Thorn Baker Recruitment is seeking a proactive Site Operations Manager to oversee all site operations for client builds with travel to sites across the region. You will coordinate closely with the main contractor and manage the supply chain to hit quality, cost, and time targets, ensuring delivery aligns with the overall programme.

The role requires offsite or timber/modular construction experience, strong client communication, and certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

Qualifications

• Experience in offsite or traditional construction (timber/modular).
• Experience with design stages of projects.
• Strong communication with clients.
• Customer service oriented.
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certified.
• Technically skilled and industry aware.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations relating to the client build process.
• Coordinate with main contractor and manage supply chain to meet quality, cost and time targets.
• Liaise with Project Delivery Manager to plan and schedule works.
• Ensure project handover when complete according to programme.
