Howells Recruitment is seeking a proactive Site Manager for social housing refurbishment projects in Boston, Lincolnshire. You will supervise contractors, review progress, and ensure works are completed safely on schedule.

The ideal candidate has experience managing site teams, setting up RAMS and Construction Phase Plans, and coordinating sub-contractors, with a hands-on approach to maintain quality.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required.
• CSCS Card essential on-site.
• First Aid training desirable.
• Manual Handling training beneficial.
• Asbestos Awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage contractors to deliver works safely and on time.
• Set up RAMS and Construction Phase Plans and ensure compliance.
• Lead progress meetings and oversee day-to-day delivery of the works.
