Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager in Boston for a planned social housing refurbishment programme. The role is temporary with potential for extension and pays £250 per day (Umbrella or CIS).

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage direct and subcontracted trades, and ensure safety, delivery on time, and quality across kitchens, bathrooms, roofing and general refurbishment within live or void properties.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience in planned works/refurbishment.
• Social housing experience, ideally working within live, occupied or void properties.
• Experience across kitchens & bathrooms, roofing/re-roofing and general refurbishment.
• Strong management of direct and subcontracted trades.
• Full UK driving licence.
• SMSTS and CSCS.
• Asbestos Awareness.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operational management of refurbishment works.
• Lead direct and subcontracted trades.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to required quality standards.
