Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager in Boston for a planned social housing refurbishment programme. The role is temporary with potential for extension and pays £250 per day (Umbrella or CIS).

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage direct and subcontracted trades, and ensure safety, delivery on time, and quality across kitchens, bathrooms, roofing and general refurbishment within live or void properties.

Qualifications

Proven site management experience in planned works/refurbishment.
Social housing experience, ideally working within live, occupied or void properties.
Experience across kitchens & bathrooms, roofing/re-roofing and general refurbishment.
Strong management of direct and subcontracted trades.
Full UK driving licence.
SMSTS and CSCS.
Asbestos Awareness.

Temporary Site Manager - Boston

£250 per day Umbrella or CIS

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a planned works social housing refurbishment programme in the Boston area, initially on a temporary basis with potential for an extension.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of refurbishment works, leading direct and subcontracted trades and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:
