Qualifications

• SSSTS or SMSTS required.
• Working towards NVQ Level 3 or 4.
• Social Housing experience.
• CSCS Card.
• DBS check required or willing to undertake DBS check.
• First Aid.
• Knowledge of varied trades.
• Strong Health and Safety understanding.
• Asbestos Awareness.
• Full Clean Driving Licence.

Responsibilities
