Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive Site Manager for a Social Housing Planned Maintenance project in North West London. You will lead external refurbishment works on tenanted properties, manage the site team, and maintain programs to deliver on time and within budget.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong client liaison, and a proven track record of delivering external cladding projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering external refurbishment for social housing.
• Proven track record managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Experience with external cladding is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct contract progress and financial performance.
• Liaise with client representatives to ensure quality service.
• Control costs and manage subcontractors.
• Plan short, mid and long-term work programmes.
• Carry out site inspections and prepare reports with solutions.
• Ensure timely handover against KPIs.
• Chair subcontractor progress meetings.
• Maintain health and safety on site.
• Coordinate materials scheduling and procurement.
• Coordinate with design teams and consultants.
• Program works using MS Project.
