Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking an Operations Manager to lead high rise re-clad projects in Bedfordshire for a national regeneration contractor. You will oversee multiple programmes, manage budgets and timelines, and drive profitability across the contract.

You will lead Project Managers, Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers and subcontractors, ensuring client and tenant satisfaction, quality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high rise or risk buildings for a main contractor.
• Strong budget and contract management skills with focus on on-time delivery.
• Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams including PMs, site managers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple high rise planned maintenance programs within budget and time frames.
• Lead a team of Project Managers, Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers and subcontractors.
• Drive profitability through pricing and delivery of additional works while ensuring client/tenant satisfaction.
