Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with daily running of the development.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against the construction programme.
• Ensure all works meet health and safety requirements.
• Carry out regular site inspections to maintain build quality.
• Monitor workmanship and compliance with drawings, specifications and building regulations.
• Assist with site meetings, progress reporting and programme updates.
• Help resolve on-site issues and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Maintain a safe, organised and professional site environment.
