Job summary

Tower Staff Construction LTD is seeking an experienced Site Manager (New Build Housing) to plan, manage and lead all on-site construction and customer care activities from site commencement to completion. You will ensure work aligns with the programme, budget, safety requirements, NHBC standards and five-star quality across homes.

You will supervise the construction team, engage with Housing Associations and subcontractors, and drive a Right First Time approach while maintaining safety, quality

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high volume, new build housing developments.
• Strong leadership and cross-department communication.
• Proven ability to plan and manage build programmes within budget.
• Awareness of NHBC, building regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction and customer care activities to meet programme and quality targets.
• Manage construction team, subcontractors, and labour to ensure safety and compliance.
• Ensure health and safety policies are implemented and monitored.
• Coordinate with Housing Associations and external partners.
• Maintain build programme, budget, and cashflow reporting to contracts manager.
• Promote customer-focused culture and manage communications with stakeholders.
