Job summary

RGB Recruitment seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead complex commercial schemes in Plymouth on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage site teams, coordinate supply chain partners and uphold health & safety, quality and programme standards through pre-construction to handover.

You will deliver mid to large-scale projects across education, industrial, leisure and healthcare sectors, building strong client and subcontractor relationships while keeping budgets in check and driving

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering mid to large-scale commercial construction projects.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certifications.
• Strong leadership to manage site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and budget awareness.
• Relevant degree and MCIOB membership advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors to deliver projects on time.
• Ensure health & safety, quality, programme, and cost controls.
• Develop and implement delivery strategy and progress reporting.
• Manage handover and client/consultant relationships.
• Plan site logistics and temporary works.
