Job summary

RGB Recruitment is seeking a driven Site Manager for a Plymouth facade refurbishment project on a long-term contract. You will support the Senior Site Manager on external works including EWI, glazing and cladding remediation, ensuring safe delivery within budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate has SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work, experience in facade and remediation schemes, and a practical knowledge of QA, RAMS and site documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading external facade works (EWI, glazing, cladding) and remediation programs.
• SMSTS and CSCS required; First Aid at Work preferred.
• Strong H&S awareness and QA/documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Engage and coordinate subcontractors on site.
• Conduct health & safety inductions, RAMS reviews and site inspections.
• Review alarms, temporary structures and other project elements.
• Maintain site logs/diaries and ensure QA packs and documentation are complete.
• Support Senior Site Manager to deliver on time and within budget.
