Job summary

Construction & Property Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager to oversee refurbishment and fit-out projects across a range of sites in the UK. You will ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard, coordinating trades and liaising with clients and project teams.

The role requires hands-on oversight, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a practical approach with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fit-outs, refurbishments, renovations or small commercial new builds.
• Proven track record with good tenure in previous roles.
• Experience coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• SMSTS and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing site activities and ensuring programmes are maintained
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and site teams
• Acting as main point of contact for clients and project teams
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality
• Reading drawings and ensuring installations are completed correctly
• Monitoring progress and resolving issues on site
