Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a freelance role on a new build commercial development in Leeds valued at around £20m. The assignment is for approximately 6 months and will involve managing groundworks, frame construction and subsequent internal fit out.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of main contractor experience delivering similar schemes on site, with responsibilities including programme delivery, design coordination, site team leadership, value engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of main contractor site experience on projects of similar value.
• Experience delivering new build commercial developments on site.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact with client and subcontractors on site.
• Deliver project to programme and manage site team.
• Coordinate groundworks, frame construction and internal fit out as per packages.
• Maintain site records, diaries and procurement of trades.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
