Job summary

TXM Recruit partners with an automation and intralogistics leader to recruit a Site Manager for a fast-paced distribution facility in Milton Keynes. You will oversee a sizeable team, maintain client relations, manage budgets, and drive improvements across the site.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in automated intralogistics, lean methodologies, and a proactive approach to safety and data reporting. The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large teams (15+).
• Experience in automated distribution or manufacturing facilities.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• NEBOSH qualification essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with current H&S standards.
• Oversee site with 25+ employees and supervise supervisors/team leaders.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and protect company reputation.
• Plan and manage site budgets and related commercial activities.
• Match tasks with team skills to deliver defined SLAs.
• Manage on-site system improvements and installations.
