Job summary

Bovis in the United Kingdom seeks a Construction Manager to lead site coordination, liaise with the base and manage subcontractors, ensuring safe, productive delivery. You will apply programme and budget controls, observe company procedures and deliver the client’s objectives on the project.

Responsibilities include implementing safe working methods, monitoring progress, leading ITP/QA processes, and building strong relationships with the delivery team and wider stakeholders to drive successful

Qualifications

• CSCS card required for site access.
• Professional construction qualifications relevant to the role.
• SMSTS – 5 Day certification.
• Working towards, or holder of, CIOB chartership.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site coordination and safety management.
• Review and adjudicate safe working methods and method statements.
• Monitor health and safety documentation and conduct safety inspections.
• Direct construction work to align with programme and budgets.
• Maintain daily site diary of resources and incidents.
• Lead ITP and QA processes with contractors.
