National Civils Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee major civils projects across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. You will manage on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver highways and structures works while maintaining HSE standards.

Applicants should have Tier 1 contractor background, strong technical acumen, and proven stakeholder engagement. The role offers long-term security with a national contractor network.

Competenze

• Experience as Site Agent in heavy civils projects.
• Background from Tier 1 / major main contractor.
• Strong highways and bridges/structures experience.
• Engineering and technical background.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong on programme management, health & safety, and site delivery.
• Confident with clients and project stakeholders.
• Ideally located centrally to Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey with ~1.5 hours travel to each area.
