Hussmann Corporation seeks an experienced supervisor to lead service technicians in refrigeration, HVAC, and model-based maintenance. You will coordinate quoting, scheduling, and on-the-job training while ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include developing technician skills, managing inventory, and partnering with the Service Manager on project costing and staffing. Strong leadership and written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• HVAC-R technical schooling degree is preferred.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification is expected.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent customer relations and assist with quoting service and maintenance.
• Lead a team of service technicians within geographic area to address service needs.
• Coordinate technical support and training for technicians and schedule work.
• Manage truck inventory and ensure proper parts handling and maintenance.
