Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Practitioner Psychologist (Forensic or Clinical) to provide high‑level psychological expertise across two specialist forensic services in Doncaster and North Lincolnshire. The post involves leading complex cases, supervising colleagues and contributing to service development within FOLS and SCFT.

Qualifications

• Be a Practitioner Psychologist registered or eligible for registration.
• Experience with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Experience with trauma, offending behaviour, or forensic risk.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist psychological assessment, formulation, intervention and risk management.
• Offer expert consultation to multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead on complex forensic and clinical cases across two services.
• Supervise psychology colleagues and trainees.
• Contribute to service development, research, audit and teaching.
