You will supervise day-to-day operations, oversee team meetings, and ensure residents’ plans enable independent living, with scope for professional development and leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Support Worker or Senior Support Worker is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and motivate others.
• Committed to promoting choice, dignity, and independence.
• Knowledge of care standards, policies, and safeguarding practices.
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to work flexibly and think innovatively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the delivery of person-centred care.
• Provide leadership during shifts, handovers and allocations.
• Ensure residents have person-centred plans.
• Deliver team supervisions and contribute to development.
• Administer medication safely according to procedures.
• Manage service users’ finances and budgeting per policy.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with legislation.
• Monitor team performance and address operational issues.
• Maintain up-to-date training for safe practice.
