Job summary

LNT Construction Limited, part of the LNT Care Developments Group, seeks an experienced Site Manager to deliver high-quality care home projects across Suffolk.

You will oversee on-site delivery from groundworks to handover, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, fire safety and care-sector standards while leading subcontractors and internal teams to achieve exceptional finishes.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Manager experience on care home developments.
• Strong knowledge of traditional build construction methods.
• Excellent communication and leadership with subcontractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site delivery from groundworks through handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, fire safety and care-sector standards.
• Enforce HSE regulations and drive quality assurance for high-end finishes.
