Join our Series A startup as Lead/Senior Product Designer to help nonprofits access funding!

We seek a user-obsessed, collaborative, systems-thinking Product Designer to craft exceptional experiences across our platform.

You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to deliver elegant solutions. You’ll focus on flows, interaction details, and ensure the product is intuitive, inclusive, and joyful to use.

We foster a design-led culture where craftsmanship and impact are celebrated.

Your mission as Lead/Senior Product Designer will be to:
  • Lead product design from discovery to delivery in key areas (donations, onboarding, dashboards).
  • Partner with PMs and engineers to understand user needs and define scalable solutions.
  • Conduct user research, prototype, test, and advocate for evidence-based decisions.
  • Create polished, accessible UI and interaction patterns balancing user needs and business goals.
  • Contribute to and improve our design system and principles.
  • Advise product leadership on long-term strategy.
Success after 3 months will include:
  • Shipped major projects with measurable improvements.
  • Embedded research and design processes in the product lifecycle.
  • Recognized as a key voice on product quality and user needs.
This role is ideal if you have:
  • 5+ years of end-to-end digital product design experience.
  • Strong system-level thinking with UI and interaction detail.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern design systems.
  • Expertise in user research and translating insights into design.
  • Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Work that is beautiful, useful, and problem-solving.
Bonus points if you have experience or interest in:
  • B2B SaaS or nonprofit design experience.
  • Payments, onboarding, dashboards, or multi-user platforms.
  • Building tech for social good.
