We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of Insights, our benchmarking and analytics product within the Metrics domain. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, data-rich experiences that help our customers compare brand performance across media channels and regions.

You’ll play a key role in helping unify the experience across Metrics products—ensuring cohesive workflows, aligning shared UI patterns, and driving a seamless experience for users navigating across related features and data.

You’ll also take ownership of the Launchmetrics Design System, evolving it in collaboration with engineers and fellow designers to drive consistency and quality across the product suite.

This role is ideal for a senior individual contributorwho thrives in complex product environments, is passionate about designing with data, and wants to shape the building blocks of design at scale.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own the design vision and execution for Insights, leading product discovery, design, testing, and delivery
  • Design experiences that help users explore, interpret, and act on complex benchmarking data—balancing flexibility, clarity, and usability
  • Design interfaces that deliver AI-enriched data in a way that has transparency and builds trust with the user
  • Support the unification of experiences across Metrics products by aligning interaction patterns, workflows, and design conventions
  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, data and business stakeholders to align product strategy and design execution
  • Take ownership of the Launchmetrics Design System—defining scalable patterns, maintaining high usability standards, and driving adoption across teams
  • Contribute to design rituals and critiques within the Design Chapter, helping build a shared culture of feedback and quality
  • Advocate for user needs and design quality by leveraging usage data, research, and usability feedback
  • Deliver organized, well-documented Figma files that support implementation and design QA
  • Proactively present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders across departments to build alignment
  • Mentor designers within the Metrics squads, providing feedback, coaching, and direction.
  • Measure the success of your work through tools like FullStory and Gainsight, and advocate for improvements based on real usage.
  • Champion design quality and product thinking across the company through critiques, rituals, and collaboration.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Product Design ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing elegant, user-centered, and data-informed design solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of design systems and component-based design.
  • You are highly detail-oriented—you sweat the micro-interactions, edge cases, and logic behind every flow, because you know the small things add up to big impact
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can rally teams around design decisions.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving alignment, and simplifying complexity.
  • Proficient in Figma and modern design workflows.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and developer handoff best practices.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • You have experience working in the Fashion, Lifestyle, or Beauty (FLB) industry.
  • You have expertise in motion design or illustration and can add that extra touch of magic to your designs.
