Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to take a leading role in shaping the user experience and interface design of Horizon, our successful SaaS Customer Data Platform (CDP). This is a key opportunity to help define the next chapter of Horizon’s growth. You'll own and elevate the design and usability of the product — bringing together user insight, interface craft, and strategic thinking to help us deliver a best-in-class platform experience for marketers and data professionals. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle, from exploration and prototyping to detailed UI design and hand-off, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ensure we build the right things — and build them right.

What You'll Do

1. Lead the UX and UI design for Horizon CDP, helping evolve and scale the product’s experience
2. Work closely with product owners to shape new features, define user stories, and inform design priorities
3. Develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas
4. Create high-fidelity UI designs and assets for hand-off to our front-end React development team
5. Maintain and expand our design system, ensuring consistency, usability, and efficiency across the product
6. Contribute to user and competitor research, identifying UX opportunities and benchmarking Horizon against best-in-class Martech tools
7. Participate in usability testing, customer feedback loops, and iterative design cycles
8. Collaborate with our brand design lead to ensure visual and tone alignment across interfaces and materials

What We're Looking For

1. 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI), ideally in B2B SaaS or Martech
2. A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking — from insight to execution
3. Expertise with Figma and other design/prototyping tools
4. Strong collaboration skills with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
5. Familiarity with front-end development workflows, particularly HTML/CSS and React-based environments
6. Experience contributing to or evolving a design system
7. Good understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and modern UX patterns
8. Exposure to usability testing and customer feedback methodologies
9. Curiosity about how competing tools approach UX challenges and a willingness to bring new ideas to the table
