Job summary

Manor Church of England Academy, York is seeking a proactive Inclusion Lead to take ownership of a specialist SEND support area. You will plan, deliver and evaluate targeted interventions, tracking student progress and reporting outcomes to staff and families. The role requires strong IT skills, effective communication and a commitment to safeguarding.

You will work within Heartwood Learning Trust with a supportive leadership team and opportunities for CPD.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading SEND interventions.
• Strong IT skills to track student progress and maintain data.

Responsibilities

• Lead a designated SEND/ Inclusion intervention area and drive high-impact sessions.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate interventions to improve curriculum access, attendance and well-being.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues and promote safeguarding and safe practice.
