Job summary

Manor Church of England Academy, York, part of Heartwood Learning Trust, seeks a dedicated inclusion lead to drive targeted SEND interventions. You will champion attendance, engagement and well-being, delivering sessions to individuals and small groups and monitoring progress through IT systems.

The role is based at Manor CE Academy in York, offers term-time 37 hours per week, and requires leadership of a designated SEND group with specialist training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering interventions for SEND and disadvantaged learners.
• Strong IT skills to track student progress and manage records.
• Excellent communication with pupils, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own a specialist area of SEND interventions.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-impact intervention sessions.
• Build strong relationships with students, families and school staff.
