Manor Church of England Academy, York, is seeking a dedicated teacher to lead and develop its Inclusion base for SEND and vulnerable learners. The role combines academic teaching with SEND collaboration to ensure timely, right-sized support, empowering students to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Inclusion base for SEND and vulnerable learners.
• Collate and deliver the curriculum from established schemes of learning with middle and senior leaders.
• Direct the work of other adults to support children during periods of uncertainty.
• Work alongside the SEND team to ensure right support is provided at the right time.
• Empower, advocate and inspire cohorts facing barriers to learning and drive ambitious provision.
