Job summary

Manor Church of England Academy in York seeks a Specialist Teacher – Inclusion & Personalised Learning to lead and develop inclusion provision for SEND and vulnerable learners. You will coordinate with middle and senior leaders to adapt the curriculum and ensure every child can access learning.

You will also direct support staff and work with the SEND team to provide timely, tailored support, promoting inclusion and high aspirations across the school.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inclusion provisions and SEND support.
• Ability to deliver core subjects to mixed-ability groups.
• Strong collaboration with school leaders and SEND team.
