Job summary

Heartwood Learning Trust is seeking a proactive SEND specialist to join Manor Church of England Academy in York. You will lead a designated SEND intervention area, champion attendance and wellbeing, and work with staff to tailor high-impact sessions that enable pupils to access the curriculum.

The role requires excellent communication and IT skills to track progress and collaborate with families and stakeholders. Training will be provided to secure specialist competencies and sustained impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND interventions and inclusive practice is preferred.
• Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate targeted support for learners.
• Strong IT skills to track and monitor student progress and outcomes.
