Swinton Academy, part of Aston Community Education Trust (ACET), seeks an enthusiastic SEND Integrated Resource Lead to drive the development of its 10-place integrated resource for students with EHCPs, focusing on Communication and Interaction and SEMH needs.

The role involves leading a small team, managing admissions and liaising with the Local Authority and ACET Inclusion leaders, while ensuring high-quality teaching and safeguarding across the provision.

Qualificações

• Experienced SEND leader with passion and expertise in supporting students with a range of needs.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage admissions and liaison with Local Authority.
• Experience developing bespoke curriculum for students with EHCPs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional conduct.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the SEND Integrated Resource and staff to deliver high-quality SEND support.
• Manage day-to-day operation, admissions, and liaison with Local Authority and ACET Inclusion leaders.
• Collaborate with SENDCo and teachers to deliver adapted curricula and targeted interventions.
• Monitor student progress, maintain records, and support annual review processes.
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusive learning environments within the resource.
