Job summary

Fairmont Windsor Park is seeking a Security Team Leader to supervise officers and support the Security Manager in delivering a safe environment for guests and colleagues at our 5‑star hotel near Egham.

You will coordinate security operations, monitor CCTV, handle VIP visits, address incidents, and maintain high professional standards. SIA licence is required; prior hotel security experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory and motivational skills.
• Experience in security within a high-end hotel preferred.
• Excellent communications and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise security officers, providing support to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Ensure hotel entry points are staffed and guests are welcomed and acknowledged.
• Assist in implementing security measures for visits of guests and VIPs.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and assist with investigations when required.
• Conduct patrols to prevent unauthorized access and address security, fire, and safety issues.
• Be alert to unusual packages or vehicles and report to the Security Manager.
