Fairmont Windsor Park in Egham is seeking a Security Manager to lead the hotel’s security, safety and emergency-planning. You will work with all departments and partners to identify risk and implement controls while training colleagues to respond confidently.

You will oversee CCTV and access control, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents and deliver training. The role requires a calm, decisive leader to protect guests, colleagues and assets across a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Substantial security and safety experience in a hotel or large 24-hour operation.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety, risk assessment and emergency planning.
• Manual-handling instructor qualification is required; related training desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead hotel Security and Health & Safety function, including risk management and training.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, alarm systems and life-safety systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and investigate incidents to implement corrective actions.
• Lead investigations into accidents and security events, identifying root causes.
• Develop and deliver security, safety and emergency-training programmes.
• Monitor audits, incidents and emerging risks to drive improvements across operations.
