Responsibilities

• Deploy cover supervisors and agency staff to ensure lessons are covered.
• Lead duty rotas for breaks and lunch to safeguard pupils and staff.
• Maintain and update records in SIMS and related systems; generate absence/coverage reports.
• Coordinate recruitment for cover staff and agency workers; process timesheets and invoices.
• Maintain teaching supply lists and ensure adequate staffing for unexpected absences.
• Liaise with SLT and curriculum leads to anticipate and plan cover needs.
