Job summary

RedGreen Partners is seeking a Lead Reward Advisor to influence decisions, enhance the employee experience and grow reward expertise. You will work with the Reward Manager and People team to deliver and continually improve reward, benefits and wellbeing offerings.

The role suits an experienced Reward Advisor or Analyst ready for the next step, combining technical knowledge with data analysis and practical problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Broad experience across compensation, benefits and reward.
• Experience supporting cyclical reward activities such as salary reviews, benchmarking and share plans.
• Knowledge of job evaluation and grading methodologies (e.g. WTW, Hay, Mercer).
• Experience managing employee benefits and supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with complex reward data and ability to turn analysis into insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice, analysis and operational support to ensure reward programmes remain fair and aligned with objectives.
• Assist with annual salary reviews, benchmarking and reward planning.
• Administer share schemes and incentive arrangements.
• Participate in job evaluation and support grading decisions.
• Produce reward MI, analysis and recommendations.
• Advise managers on pay, promotions, benefits and reward-related matters.
• Support reward governance, policies and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Manage and improve employee benefits and wellbeing programmes.
• Collaborate with external benefit providers and support annual renewals.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the employee/manager experience.
