Job summary

Vincera Consulting Ltd. seeks a Project Designer in Birmingham to detail light gauge steel and precast systems, owning Revit model production from concept to completion. The role emphasizes interpreting architect and engineer drawings and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years Revit experience, knowledge of BIM Level 2, and capability to manage multiple projects while generating accurate plans, elevations and sections. AutoCAD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HNC or architectural degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years Revit experience.
• Knowledge of BIM Level 2 requirements and typical project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and generate drawings (Plans, Elevations & Sections).
• Provide bespoke and standard details within the pack.
• Interpret client design requirements and liaise with the project design team.
• Interpret architects' and structural engineers' drawings and comments.
• Issue drawings to client via portal uploads.
• Plan, manage and coordinate tasks across multiple projects.
