Job summary

Vincera Consulting Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Project Designer/Detailer with Tekla or Revit experience to design and detail SFS and steel framed projects. You will work from architects and engineers' drawings to prepare and issue technical drawings for residential, hospitality and commercial schemes.

Applicants with SFS, LGSF, infill, or hot rolled steel project experience are welcome; senior candidates may lead design development and package production.

Qualifications

Experience using Tekla or Revit to produce accurate drawing packages for SFS/LGSF or hot rolled steel projects.
Background in SFS, cold rolled steel or light gauge steel projects.
Flexible approach to workload and willingness to take on additional work.

Responsibilities

Undertake and complete project design and detailing using Tekla or Revit.
Interpret architects and structural engineer drawings to prepare SFS technical drawings.
Attend Design Team Meetings and liaise with other design professionals.
Work in an organised, proficient and timely manner to deliver projects.
Projects typically involve SFS steel framed solutions for residential, student accommodation, hotel and commercial developments.
Senior level candidates may lead development, management and production of detailed design packages.
