Job summary

Baily Garner is seeking a qualified Retrofit Assessor to join the Eltham Head Office team. You will deliver PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessments for social housing and private sector clients, conduct site surveys, and compile high-quality reports using the Elmhurst platform.

The role offers a mix of site and office work, with hybrid working and opportunities to contribute to large decarbonisation programmes across London and the South East.

Qualifications

• Qualified Retrofit Assessor with Level 3 Award or equivalent.
• Experience conducting domestic property surveys and producing PAS 2035 reports.
• Strong data handling and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake PAS 2035-compliant Retrofit Assessments across domestic properties.
• Complete occupancy assessments, condition surveys and fabric inspections.
• Collect accurate data to support retrofit design and coordination.
• Produce PAS 2035-compliant assessment reports using Elmhurst.
• Ensure compliance with PAS 2035, TrustMark and internal QA.
