Heron Foods is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a retail team in a fast-paced store environment. You will drive sales, maintain service standards, and ensure the store is clean, stocked and well-presented.

You will also act as a keyholder, managing openings and closures when the Store Manager is unavailable. We value strong leaders who can inspire their team, deliver excellent customer service, and thrive in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Manager or Shift Manager in fast-paced retail.
• Strong leadership to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
• Proactive, energetic approach to managing a dynamic retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented, and fully stocked store.
• Drive sales and profitability by managing performance and efficiency.
• Be a keyholder and take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager (opening/closing).
