Job summary

The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust in Reading is seeking an experienced Resuscitation Trainer to plan, develop and deliver a comprehensive resuscitation training service across the organisation. You will work with the Resuscitation team and act as a senior member of the Medical Emergency team.

This role includes debriefing staff after events, providing training to NHS and private organisations as required, and supporting the Trust's commitment to inclusive care.

To provide (in conjunction with the Resuscitation team) a comprehensive Trust wide Resuscitation & Training Service to the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust in accordance with the European Resuscitation Council and the Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines. To provide resuscitation training for other specified NHS and private organisations as required. To be a member of the Trust cardiac arrest team
