Job summary

Aspris is hiring a Senior Residential Support Worker for our 2-bedded therapeutic Children’s Home in Ribble. You will lead shifts, mentor colleagues and help deliver safe, nurturing care for children aged 7-18 in a homely environment.

The role requires a full UK driving license and NVQ level 3 in residential childcare. You will support young people to build confidence, life skills and achieve positive outcomes, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and progression.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is required.
• NVQ Level 3 in residential childcare required.

Responsibilities
