Job summary

untypical is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a residential development at The High Street, Arlesey. You will manage pre-construction and on-site activities, ensuring health and safety compliance, budget adherence, and timely delivery of the build programme.

Responsibilities include leading the site team, coordinating trades, conducting inspections with NHBC, and maintaining high-quality standards across all stages of construction.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Manager or equivalent.
• CSCS– Black Management/White Academic; SMSTS; First Aid at Work.
• NHBC/LABC/Premier standards knowledge; delivery of weekly targets on a residential site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a Site Team through pre-construction and construction phases.
• Ensure the build programme is delivered within budget and targets.
• Ensure on-site health and safety compliance and NHBC standards.
• Rectify defects to avoid additional costs/time delays while upholding quality.
• Coordinate labour/resources to optimise delivery and schedule trades.
