Right Match Recruitment Group is recruiting a Head of Conveyancing for a Grays-based residential property team. You will oversee a busy department, mentor fee earners and liaise with directors to drive service quality.

The ideal candidate will have around 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing, strong market knowledge, leadership potential, and a client-focused approach. Hybrid working may be considered, with office presence preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing with strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Ability to manage own workload and support colleagues.
• Enjoy mentoring and developing others while delivering high service levels.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the conveyancing department and its performance.
• Provide technical guidance on complex matters and manage workflow.
• Mentor and develop team members to progress within the department.
• Ensure communication with clients is timely and effective.
• Maintain compliance and file quality across the team.
• Identify opportunities to attract new instructions and raise the department's profile.
• Collaborate with directors on future plans and objectives.
